I would like any and all recommendations for a camp knife to be parterned with my CS Pipe Hawk. I like to backpack. I am not a drive my jeep to the campground type of guy so weight is somewhat important.

Thanks everyone!

Would be nice if you gave us a price range.

That complaint aside. look into ESEE 4 or 6. Great knives from a great company with a bombproof warranty. I use my 3mil (just a scaled down version of the 4) regularly and it compliments my Junglas really well. A cheaper alternative would be the Izula 2 which will still get you small tasks done well

marbles/Imacasa/condor machete. esee 4 is great machetes are cheap and great. just imho really can beat a machete for 15$ not much to lose. also 18" marbles/Imacas/Condor machete is same as esee lite machete just not as nice handles.

With no price/size/style parameters, the Spyderco Schempp Rock is lightweight, large semi-kukri style blade. I just traded my Benchmade 162 but it would be another knife to look at. S30V, thick spine but not too heavy. I wanted something bigger and heavier.

For sure a bk 16!! I just went camping a few weekends ago with mine and it was my main blade!! Chopped some branches, cut some steak, sliced up an onion, so on and so forth!

LT Wright GNS
Falkniven F1
ESEE 3 or 4
Battle Horse Boattail Scandi
Condor Bushlore
Skookum Bush Tool
I could go on and on. There are lots of great knives out there. Pick one and give it a try. The search is fun!

Scrapyard 411 or 511
Swamp Rat Ratmandu
Fallkniven F1 or S1
Becker BK-15/16/17
ESEE-3 or ESEE-4

To partner something with your CS pipe hawk a Green River Belt knife or Sheath knife will work well. Your hawk will handle all of the tough chores. Along the line of weight, a Mora 511 or 546 is about as basic as you can get. These are about as inexpensive as you can get and are great slicers and camp knives.

Really hard to suggest a knife without preferences TC.
My vote is for the longstanding knives on BF, Esee, Becker BK's, Fallkniven F1
