Camp Schiff Alumni?

Thread on Boy Scouts in another forum got me curious. Are there any other hogs here who attended the old Boy Scout National Leadership Camp at Mendham, New Jersey? I think it has been discontinued for many years so we are talking older hogs here. I was there summer of 1960.

Countryside around the camp was some of the most beautiful I have seen. However, my transit through Newark led directly to the shortest college job placement interview on record. Interviewer from RCA said intial assignment in Newark and I said no thanks.
 
I've heard of Camp Schiff, but I grew up awayyyy out in California ... to a poor family. So, no Camp Schiff for me!:)

I'm sure someone else will come along.
 
1990 Eagle Scout here but never even heard of any Boy Scout National Leadership Camp. Maybe I'm not old enough. I was so busy playing football though it is pretty huge testament to BSA that I even got my Eagle. I never even took the time to get into the Order of the Arrow.

I want to say that I spent a week at Camp Chicamonga or was it Sumantonga(spl?) down your way in about 1986.
