Did the Camp Tramp ever come out in a Khaki color blade and res handle color? or would that be TAN?

It did come out in Desert Tan, that rough textured stuff. All that I've ever owned had tan handles, but I want to think I've seen a couple with black handles.

Yes, you have seen a Battle Rat with tan handle and black blade. It was a small run that was through hardened instead of differentially hardened like most of the Battle Rats.
 
Familiar with those and the similar Battle Guard, but dont recall a black handle and tan blade on anything from the Swamp

Swamp had tan Res-C on Battle Rat, Battle Guard, Howling Rat and (Infi)Coot IIRC.

Those were a little before my time but I don't remember ever seeing one. I will do some research and see if I can't get you a better answer.
 
I just seen the pic I was thinking of on Google images and it is a Black Blade/tan handle Battle Rat instead of tan/black handle. I would love to have a Satin Tan handle BR! The Battle Rat has always been on my list but have yet to get one.

The satin with tan handle is the elite Satin Battle Rat, perhaps the BEST Battle Rat ever produced.
The test pieces had black handles, and there is one floating around.....
