Camp Tramp first use...

Just want to post a quick report on my first Swamp Rat...

I got a lightly-used Camp Tramp witha Survival Systems sheath a while back for a steal, but never got the chance to go out and use it.

Well, I went for a little barefoot hike today and packed the rat along with me...This thing is amazing. My Becker Crewman does not compare. It chops so well, and just feels right.

The only thing I have to do now is get a nice leather sheath (I'm almost there) and maybe reprofile the edge....this thing could chop even better!

Congrats on your CT! The only thing better than owning a Swamp Rat is using it.

...and then, of course, there is the part about obsessively taking pictures of your rat and posting them onine. :D :D
