Camp trip with the Beckers.

Well a little late but here was our first camp trip this year during the Memorial Day Weekend.

We were at Wright's Beach which is part of the California Sonoma State Park. Our campsite backs up to the beach.

The Beckers were all new prior to the trip. I don't really do anything hardcore with the knives. I'm just a guy who likes and collects them. So you won't see me building snares or shelters with them. I have a travel trailer and canned food that covers that.:p

Great first trip. Can't wait to do it again in a couple of weeks. Much needed R&R.

Beautiful pics and nice blade trio. Incredibly scenic spot. It reminded of when I got a chance to camp a bit up north from you on the California coast.
 
Yea I love that picture of us laying on the beach.

Unfortunately there is not much to chop and hack at on a beach. Go figure. We are going up to the mountains (Sierras) later this summer where they have alot more dead fall wood available. More chances of using the Beckers as they were intended. Of course I will take pics of the Beckers and post when I can. To me a post is dead with out pics!

Maybe some gun pics too (my true passion) If I can get the Mrs to watch the boy for a few hours while I drive farther into the woods with by buddies.
