The camper is clay coated L-6. There is a visible hamon, but it is not real evident in the picture. The handle is black linen micarta.

The little one is my take off on Ka-Bars knife. I have a police officer friend and this is going to be a gift for him. The blade is 0-1 and it is my first hollow grind on my new wheel from Beaumont metal works for my KMG. The handle is also black linen micarta.

Wow, that camper looks great. What are the specs on the blade, eg length and width?

glad you like it. The blade is 6" and it is 11" overall. It is 3/16ths thick and 1 1/2" wide.

camper looks great!! Like that top grind :)

thanks for the comments guys, I have been doing the distal tapers for a while now, I really like what they do to a knife (aesthetically). I need to start some without them.
