The latest blog post is a simple recipe. Ironically it was not prepared over a camp fire this time nor was it the first time I ever made it, (a stove this time, and a fire place the first time) but it has been made over a camp fire several times in between...

Understandable. I've been cooking for 40 years and never feel I've got the seasoning "just right". Happy Thanksgiving!

Same here man. And yeah it was really happy for us, my daughters and son-in-law, and grandson and I had a great time. I hope you and your's did as well!

Sorry Greg, I wasn't ignoring you man, the phone did something completely different than my PC and didn't even show your post. Thank you, it's usually pretty good, this time I got it more salty than I wanted. My tatse buds have been rerally wonky since I quit smoking and a lot more touchy this last year than in the past...
