Camping - what knives do you bring and what's your set-up?

When camping or hiking how many/what knives do you bring along, and what are your setups? Gold stars for pictures.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately as the weather has been mostly perfect lately and my knee injury is healing. Hopefully very soon I will be heading out into the woods with my new Busse & kin blades and while I want to bring them all, I know that's illogical unless I'm driving up to the campsite.

I've come up with two possible setups:

1. NMSFNO in kydex pants with a drop loop that I am making for the sheath on my strong side and a 3-4" blade in kydex w/ a teklok on my weak side (either my rodent solution, War Dog, or Muk)

2. A B11, Dog Father or B10 (when they come out) in a drop leg kydex sheath w/ my rodent solution or a muk piggybacked on my weak side and either my .22 ASH, SFNOLE, BJ or other knife in the 5-7" range that I don't own yet on my strong side.

(I always keep a leatherman in my pack.)

Tell us about or show us your favorite setups.

nmsfno with mashed cat drop loop sheath or scrapyard sod and a boss street attached right above it or boss jack on other side. hawk on pack depending
or if its not to serious just the boss jack :)

I like to bring mine in sets, last time I went I brought the War Dog and Dog Father with me, next time I will have my BOSS Street/Sarsquatch and NMFBM, and after that it may be something else, I car camp (in the deep woods) but since I am a beer drinker who doesn't like camping without an ice chest I find it a bit strenuous to pack my gear in :D so I usually load my car with way more knives than I need

Nice! The more knives the merrier. I like the idea of switching it up every trip. Knives plus beer = me cutting myself. Last time I drank and played with my knives I cut the tip off of my finger.

SOD/swamp warden setup I got for a steal off the exchange.

I could do anything with these 2 and its not too heavy, 2nd from left in the pic.

B11 (convexed & stripped) in kydex molle lok-ed to pack exterior (upside down) and 18 inch Sawvivor in factory pouch caribinered to opposite pack exterior. Leatherman and Elzetta in OSOE pouches molled on the front of pack. Lionsteel SR1 in back pocket Titanium Aleph clone in front pocket w/phone. 9P inside pack with light wand extenders for 9P and Elzettza can draw the B11 from either side while the pack is on.

Here's a pic of some of the stuff I took on a canoeing trip a couple weeks ago

NMSFNO and Muk in a baldric system, and I took along the NIP (came in handy :D)

I also took my FFBM because I didn't know what we'd be doing, but this was my primary equipment, well, along with beer and my 1911 :D

A small to medium fixed blade like a Busse SCABS, a Gransfors Bruks small forest axe, and a Silky Saw, and some small folder, or mini fixed blade like a Swamp Warden

other knives shown were brought by others i hiked with

B-11 is in camp and often on my hip. I find the cabs a perfect compliment to the B-11.

Now if I could only take one knife and I wasn't hiking in, then NMSFNO.

This is what i take when i go out in my jeep.....
