Just come back from some of Bushmans stomping ground, a place called Squamish not too far from Whistler. We only camped for a couple of nights but thought I'd show the pics anyway !

The dogs waited patiently while we set up camp....

Day 2 we headed into Squamish town, not a place to shout about but in an awesome location !

Then it was off for a hike so the dogs could have a swim !

Then it was back to camp for dinner again, take a look at my quickly crafted spoon ( Ray Mears I'm not !!!).

The fire roared on as we turned in for the night !

The next day we headed to Horseshoe Bay where we met up with fellow forum member Bushman5. I had no idea what Bushy looked like but when I spotted a guy with a big Maxpedition pack over his shoulder I knew it was him, LOL ! We then sat outside Starbucks showing each other various knives while sheeple passed by unawares.Bushy is only the second forum member I have met but if these are any indication as to the rest on here then I hope to meet many more of you in the future !!!!!

Anyway we stayed at the wifes Aunts for the night and this was the view from her house.....

I'm beginning to think I live vicariously through your pictures. Thanks for another great set.

Great pics Pitdog! I really dig all you west coasters' shots of the wilds. If only we had half as many snowcaps as you guys do. I love Tiny Terror trailing behind Maisy!

Great stuff, Pit. Looks like you and your family had a terrific time.

For the record, I have seen far worse spoons. And, by the looks of it, far worse chilli!

All the best,

- Mike

Great pics! I think you did very well with the spoon; better than I've ever done at least!

Green hat, camo shirt, camo shorts......You are just going to fade into that bush one day and decide not to come back aren't you?
