This get together will be Oct. 10, 11, and 12. Fri., Sat. Sun. You can arrive by 12:00 pm. Friday. It will end by mid morining on Sunday. There is an area for camping, trails for short hikes and a pond to fish. You can tour my shop and see the process in which I make my knives. Bring any knives you'd like sharpened. Cost to cover a portable toilet and use of the property will be $10.00 per person. There is plenty of parking. The street address is

what about someone who is under 18, say they are 16

any requirements for them?
 
I'm getting excited about this event. I was walking around the area we will camp in and it is really going to be nice. I hope to get a good turn out. I'm planning to make this an yearly event.

I think people will be parking along 165 to get to this one, Scott.:thumbup:

To clarify, after re reading my post. Just kidding around about a lot of people coming. I was there last weekend, plenty of parking, and the spot looks like a good spot. Good area of the county too. Lots of parks etc to explore when you leave.

I will have some knives available to purchase at this event. Definately will be four Estela Mini-Tusker specials with JRE sheaths. Plus some others.

Only a few weeks away. Thanks to Marc owner of EDC Depot.com who donated some items to raffle. I will have a couple of PSK knives to include in the raffle also.

I would like to come. I am 99.9% sure I'll be able to do so. I've just got to clear one thing with work.

While I am there I'd LOOOVE for someone to show me how to sharpen a convex edge.

Looks like I will be able to attend, pretty excited about it. It will actually be the first time all year I have been able to get away... :D

I would sure love to camp-out under the stars, in God's country!

However, I do not own a car and it appears other forums of transportation are a little out of my budget!
