I am a 17 year old minor who carries a Buck Hunter 55 (blade length under 3 inches) around to use it as a tool. I don't consider it as a weapon and do not randomly take it out in public if I have no use for it.
Of course I don't carry it to school.
But I was wondering if it is illegal? I do not want to get in trouble if an officer decides to search me or something.
I know you can carry a knife in Canada as an adult if it is a tool, not a weapon. But how about minors?
