Can anybody in the Milwaukee or WI area help me out???

I'm looking to do a bit of grinding and even more so some nice file work on a hawk and a couple knives and I need a dremel but I'm too poor to buy one and I don't know anyone who owns one. If anyone in milwaukee(or surrounding areas) has one I would pick it up and leave collateral if needed and if anyone in WI has one I will pay for shipping to and from as well as send collateral if wanted. Can anybody help me out? Thanks

have you tried a pawn shop? check with harbor freight. sometimes they have cheap ones that will do what you plan on doing.
