Can anybody tell me what Benchmade this is?

I picked this up at a Flea Market yesterday and was wondering if anybody can tell me anything about it. Any info would be appreciated. I paid 50.00.

Thanks! It was in a box of knives just sitting on a table. Had several case and Frost in it.

That's a nice score! looks like it's in pretty good shape too. I'd send it in to BM for a once over. They'll clean, inspect,lubricate, and sharpen it. Plus on these older knives they'll replace the washers & screws.
