Can anyone confirm that I can carry a balisong in NC

unconcealed, with either a clip showing or on a sheath on the belt that's visible?

I'm gonna buy one, and I just want to make sure it's legal, though my understanding of the law is that pretty much everything is legal (with your general ballistic knife exceptions) here if it isn't concealed.
 
This is a Benchmade 42 I'm talking about, which has a Weehawk blade if it matters in anyway.

4.20 inch blade, 5.20 inch handles.
