Can anyone contact Swamp Rat???

I have been trying to get ahold of Swamp Rat to change my order for a week now and nothing?? I want to change my Howling Rat for one of the new Bog Dogs and cant get any replies!! I want to get ahold of them before they ship the Howling rat and then im sqrewed. I tried the swamp rat info address and the order status address and havn't heard anything!!! :(

Ummm. That little show was last Friday thru Sunday. Just hope all HOGS ans RATS made it home safe. ;)
 
I'd imagine that they're probably still trying to recover after last weekend. From the sounds of it they were worked over pretty good. ;)

We tried. We really, really tried, but we just couldn't wear down the HOGS and RATS.
 
I think Eric had some "away" time from the computer last week.

He should be able to start checking and responding to e-mails this week.

Be sure that your e-mail includes your full name and shipping information to expedite any changes.

I just order my HR today but would be glad to take your off you hands if you get stuck with it. Just tell them to switch order #'s. Let me know if you get in a bind.

I tried to reply to your emails and it said your email was "rejected"

In short, the Bog Dogs in SR101 are not in full production yet and we are not offering them for sale on our website. You can either wait for them to become available (but you'll need to cancel your current order) or you can go ahead with the HR order and then order a SR101 Bog Dog later. At this time I don't know how long it will be before we offer them for sale publicly.

Just let me know
