Hey, I acquired this Carl Schlieper knife on the weekend. It has a Fan stamp, indicating it's part of the fan brand, which (from my research so far) was used for exports to Asia, S. America and Canada. The reverse side has a Carl Schlieper, Soligen, Germany stamp, but it's worn away quite a bit, so you can hardly make it out.
I quite like the knife and I'm thinking about restoring it, but I'd like to know more information about it, like how old it is? I've spent quite a lot of time obsessively searching for the same model online, but I can't seem to find the same knife anywhere online. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
