Can anyone help me identify this knife?

It looks like it is made by Lacchu. I think it is a Vietnamese inspired model of some sort. Best to ask auntie.
 
I think it's patterned after a Hmong knife from Vietnam as Cul said. Auntie has a real one they used as a sample that is super nice.
I tried to talk her out of it on one visit but apparently not hard enough.
Very cool and different knife.
 
That was it! A Hmong Knife! Mr. B's memory is still in perfect working order!

I don't think there are many of those around, maybe even only the one. I know I held one along with the original.
I saw one come up on the daily deals, don't know if it was the same one or another.

Now I gotta look, seems like I got one of those two, maybe bawanna's memory ain't quite perfect after all.
I know I wanted one, I remember that. I tried to find an original but seems like they call everything over there an Hmong knife.
 
There was a few made, I missed out on them, cause I was short on funds.
 
Just checked the knife rack and I have one too. Thought I did, just wasn't positive.
Not positive about anything these days.

I held it for a few minutes and gave it love so it don't feel neglected.
 
If you really don't want it to feel neglected you should post a picture of it. :) This H'mong is quickly earning my respect. It cuts with ease.
 
Bawanna I thought you had one of them! I wasnt gonna say nothin but my memory and no better than yours thats for sure. That is a sweet knife. You know how I like them indo blades... E-tohs, Chee-tohs, Enep tohs...:thumbsup:
 
KK? Katnas Kagne with horn? I'm sure I've got the name messed up. Called them KK for so long I can't remember the name. Just a wild guess, not certain.
 
Thats what i was thinking cul. It does have a bit of belly and three line sword of shiva but thats the closest thing I can think. Still is a very nice piece!
