Can anyone help me identify this knife?

I have this knife and I can't for the life of me remember where I got it. I'm trying to find out what the brand is, steel type, really any information. It is an automatic, very light but thick blade, very light handle, feels like aluminum (don't think it's titanium), the spring is very strong and the lock-up is super tight. There are no markings anywhere on it except for what looks like a logo on the blade (maybe a faded parachute?) and the USA in the handle. Thanks for any info.

Thanks Socom! Ok, so apparently I have a pre-98 Dalton Hunter - Clip Point automatic. Unfortunately I have been unable to find any info on blade steel or any other specifics....
