Can anyone here recognize the Knife,or Makers initials??

Hello folks,good to be back.

I got this on a Trade because I thought it was kinda neat...
Pretty neat design,maybe a prototype,or a one off to decide.
Looks to be made of Brass,Damascus Blade...Kinda heavy body..

Either,or whatever the reason,I am curious to know if anyone
here can ID the knife,or Maker?
