can anyone ID this axe? partial paper label.

Just curious what I have for what I paid I'm happy no matter what it is but still I'm curious. The label indicates its a Collins but I'm not sure if it is old or new ? Also the obvious question. is the steel any good.

OK so far I know that it is a Collins commander made post 1966. The question remains us it any good ?

No expert here, but I think it's a Collins Axe made by Mann Edge Tool Co. They were based in Lewistown, Pa, and made the Collins Axes after 1966. They also used the eagle/phoenix and stars and stripes in their label:
