Can anyone ID this blade

I've read that its from blade blanks left over or rejected for quality issues. But it bears a striking resemblance to the original Grasso Bolo I, except for the rivet placement. Besides from knowing its origin, I was wondering if a handle similar to the Grasso Bolo can be procured and replace the current, "camp knife" style slabs. It looks like the Grasso Bolo style handle will work for this blade. If you know where to find one, let me know . I'm not a knife builder but I do own woodworking tools and know how to use them. Just don't have the time to fit it.
