Can anyone id this knife/tool kit?

My Dad just died and I found this item in his stash of stuff. It looks and works really nice. Don't know where or when he got it. Google gives
me nothing, so here I am. Anyone know anything about it? It says THE BIG 4 on the cover, and "made in germany" on the inside spine.
The attachments hinge on to the knife, very solid, well made item.

I think I saw one of these over in the traditional sub forum...don't remember the thread but the knife looks familiar. You also might ask in the Bernard Levine ID forum.
