Can anyone ID this knife?

Got it recently as a gift and it has no markings on it anywhere. It's the size of a Buck 110 with thick stag scales, Damascus blade and file work on the spine, spring and liners.

The very dark damascus reminds me of Bear & Sons knives. I don't recall anything of theirs that fancy though, and certainly they would have stamped the blade.

I suspect your knife was made from a kit.
 
Still looks like an imported knife making kit. The final fit-and-finish as well as the filework embellishing is the result of the person who assembled the kit.

Are the handles stag? Looks like ram horn in your pictures.
 
Blade does look Indian. I'm not saying it is cheap, just that its an import.

Looks like a pretty good knife to me.
