What this person on this YouTube does with this knife demonstrates excellent Bushcraft.

Looks like a generic skinning knife to me. I found several similar ones online, most unbranded. Many have saber grinds, some (like in the video) have full flat grinds.

Here's a similar one (flat grind) that has been branded by the vendor.

Elk Ridge knives have a sideways facing deer in their blade cut-out (below).

Nice catch on the deer/elk profile. I missed that completely.
