Can anyone ID this knife?

Hi guys , first post here. I am doing some revamping of my "gathering of knives". Updating some models and weeding out some no used ones. I have this custom that I am setting on the fence, whit what to do with it. Seems nicely made, Loos to be forged high carbon, with buffalo horn handles. Any help would be much appreciated. tim
