Can anyone ID this tomahawk

I was checking if anyone can ID this tomahawk (it is about 19 1/4" long and 1/4" thick and the head is about 9 1/2"):

Kind of looks like a home made K5 to me.

It's one that SOT Consulting was making in 2010 I believe. I searched around Snipers Hide and found it. Knew I had seen it somewhere. I think their out of business now.
