Can anyone ID who made these Knives?

Ive tried searching all over for who made this knife, and cant find anything about it. Would appreciate some help on it!

It's Frustrating trying to Figure the Maker from a Logo. There are very few places to look that I have Found.
Even Worse if Sterile, No logo

I tend to believe that they are European in nature from the looks of the materials and such.....just guessing.
