I am very new to this. My father-in-law gave me what I think is a broad axe. It just fascinates me. I’ve been scrubbing on it for 2 days. Can anyone tell anything from these pictures? It is still very sharp.

What pictures?

Upload to an external site such as imgur.com and link to them here.

If the axe is antique, stop scrubbing it. Dry it out and coat it in mineral oil or other protectant. Cleaning can damage the value of the item.

If you can post a photo in the axe section, and it has any sort of manufacturer marking you can't identify you can probably be helped.
There's a member Steve Tall who is a wizird at identifying stuff.

Just post a good picture or two in the axe tomahawk and hatchet forum here and see what happens.
