can anyone identify the maker of this knife?

This is an interesting knife design, yet I cannot get the image clear enough to read the maker. Does anyone recognize this knife and can tell me the maker?

It is a long shot, but the marking looks like William Harsey logo.

I agree, yet I had to crop that out of a larger photo, and that is the best I could do. terrible resolution. i am hoping someone will have seen one of these somewhere.

As far as I know Bill has only ever made the one. And it is a challenge to get on his books. But the tactical Nessmuk is pretty much my number one dream knife.
