Can anyone identify the year of this knife?

I recently bought a house that belonged to an older relative and while cleaning everything out, I came across this little knife. It says it’s a Colonial from Providence, Rhode Island. I’m just curious if anyone happens to know the approximate year it was made. It’s nothing fancy, just kind of cool.

That type of clasp is typical of late 80's early 90's keychain s......I could be way.off.but I don't believe so..

Thanks. I was hoping it was much older. Seems like the older I get, the more I like old things. Go figure.
