:jerkit:Good deal for $32.00?:jerkit:

Here is the seller's text: "Beautiful NWKC Custom Ka Bar Fixed Blade Hunting Knife. Genuine Polished Mammoth Bone handle. Measures 7", total length, with 3 1/2" polished, partially textured blade. Great looking file work, on polished stainless blade, and handle tang. Knife in photo is the one you will receive, along with black leather sheath. This will be one of one made, no two will be the same. Comes with NWKC Certificate Of Authenticity. New, never used, never carried, factory sharp."

I couldn't find it on the Ka-bar website.

Here are the Pics:

Whats IIRC mean? I don't really care about authenticity of the 'bone' but I hope the knife itself is real.

All of my Ka-Bars have Olean, NY stamped on the blade. Not Ka-Bar, USA. Might be a clue as to whether or not it is real, I can't be sure. I only own a few older models, but this thing looks fake to me. Even if it were real, I wouldn't want a Ka-Bar that had been so far damaged to make it look like that...

knife looks real to me,but would be wary because of the low (in my opinion )price.....not sure where "damaged to make it look like that "comes from..

I kind of like the indentations asthetically. I'll give yall a report once I get the knife and sharpen it up.

it's an ok looking mod. mammoth bone scales on ebay are going for $10 to $25 from what I just searched. could be genuine, but that's cheap for the base knife, scales, and labor.
