Can anyone identify this knife and who made it

Spied it at a pawn shop. It looks well made. I think the handle is real stag.

On the left side of the blade is 7SPG (I think) and on the right WHITT.

Here are a few photos. THANKS!!

I suspect those are in a private area. Even when I am logged into Google, I cannot see them.

You might try an actual picture hosting site. I use imgur, but there are others.

Any chance you could take close up photos of the engraved marks? With the pictures you provided I can't see WITT at all. Looks almost like KABAR.

If you click on the photos you will see a circle and + to magnify the photos. Still I'll see if I can make a better closeup of the two stamps.

OK. No luck at all finding the maker. Just one knife below said to be a WHITT.
But can not really compare the engravings.

Thanks. I saw what one googleing like crazy.. But who was WHITT? I've never heard of such a knife maker!

That is a really interesting skinner. I am not certain who made it. Probably a local knife maker and not a well known maker.
