Can anyone identify this knife?

Does anyone know who the manufacturer of this knife could be? It was purchased through a Federal Ammunition promotion about 10 years ago. Blade is about 3.5 inches. Grip looks like it's possibly a Gerber. Some of the spacers and screws are gone from the handle and I would like to repair it. No manufacturer ID, just the interesting logo – looks something like this: ((<

That logo is Federals logo.. Its on every box of ammo they sell.. I would put money on it just being a chinese no name knife they had made in bulk as a promo item.. There was one that just sold on ebay for 6 bucks.
