Can anyone identify this knife?

Came across this image. At first I thought it was a Boker Plus Jim Wagner RBB, but on closer inspection it looks like it has a thumbstud instead of -disk, a slightly different blade shape and most of all a completely different grip. Does anyone know what it might be?
