Can Anyone identify This Knife.

I Just Purchased this Knife at a Knife and Gun Show in Iowa.
The Only markings are China and 440 Steel.
it is made very well and the Stag handles Appear to be real.
i would like Know if any of you Folks out there Know Who made this Knife or have seen one like it.
I have searched the net Again and Again to No avail.

you are going to have to post pics. there are way too many Chinese made knives in 440 to narrow it down.
