Can anyone make this blade....?

Hi all, I posted this on another area of this site but got know replies so...:(

I am wanting to get any ideas if anyone out there can make one of the below knives just from this pic and the small amount that I know about these knives?

The maker who made these is no longer making knives so I'm putting it out there for any help in this regard.

kinda looks like a laci slazo(know i spelled the last name wrong) felony stop
 
There are any number of custom knife makers on these forums who could reproduce those knives. However, I am fairly certain that all of them would want written approval from the original maker, before they would copy the pattern.

Oh yes, it won't be cheap.
 
ditto to a.p.f.--an interesting knife however this is a nitemare to grind.not to disparage the model but contortion of grinds makes it too expensive for anyome but collectors. that,s o.k. i' a collector also.
 
The maker in question is from all accounts now 'underground' after some less then appropiate dealings with his customers. I was planning on placing an order but then things went pear shaped. So now I'm just doing some homework in regards to seeing if one could be made.

Those are Jensen made, but are they Peter Jensen designed? Are they Ray Floro patterns, cause then you wouldn't need to track Jensen down for permission. While googling, I saw that jbknives.biz made a Jensen style blade for the same reason, JEB is gone. JB was selling here, though I can't recall the last time he had something in the maker's for sale section.
 
As hh stated, Peter Jensen model: Evolution

They are occasionally on sale at BF...the last one I saw sold for about $600. If you do a search you'll find the individual who sold it and perhaps he has others??

Looks like an awesome knife, that Evolution alongside your BW would be a good combination!!
 
Thanks very much for the replies fellas, I'm kinda knew to BF's. I'll do some homework and let all know how I got on.

The pic above is in fact a Jensen made knife, and I dont know if he desinged it or not... and I dont want to go into what happened as it is none of my business, I just wish he was still making them as I'd order one asap!

Hello:

The knife on the top is indeed a Jensen Evo. The one below it is the Ray Floro design that got Peter in hot water or the Evolution SpecOps EDC - I'd have to check my records to be sure. I've owned an Evo (Mine was like the top design with the lower's sawteeth) and have several of Peter's knives. Shame you can't get them anymore as I would have plenty more. You have a couple options on this that I know of. Red Scorpion Six makes a pretty close duplicate:

My personal choice would Be Tim Horan and his WSK which is closer to the original Beck design:

Thanks again fellas, and yes, Peter sure cold make a knife.... it's a shame what happened really but it is what it is I guess.
