Can anyone do a comparison pic with a Li'l T leaf blade?

Maybe we could put comparison pics with various models all in one thread?

It has a lot going for it. Thats for sure. Of course we can always be on the look out for the "next" perfect folder. ;)

No, I think that is the perfect folder :p
Wait I take it back, if they make one with a sub three inch blade then it would be perfect.

Looks like a really cool folder. But the name... where did that come from? Am I the only one who automatically thinks of:

Thanks a lot for the pictures. They provided a very good visual comparisons of the knives for us who do not own all the knives.

What is the number on Manix on the left side of the opening hole used for (082V in the picture shot with the Sebenza)?

Torz,

In another thread, Sal said that Manix is a manufactured word, created by the sales & marketing department.

A certain number of the first run is serial numbered. The knife in the picture is number 082V.

Approximately 200 pieces of each configuration of a new model, an each new configuration of an existing model, are engraved with collectors numbers. Within each model one configuration is designated as "main" and any others produced designated as "variants". In the case of the Manix, Spyderco designated the combo edge version as the "main", so the numbers on collector numbered plain edge ones carry the "V" suffix. Some collectors only opt for the main version of each model, some have dropped out of the program, and some numbers never had an owner. Thus a fair number of the collector numbered knives are "unsubscribed" and find their way into the hands of folks who are not part of the collector program through dealers. That is how I acquired the #087V PE Manix in my pictures. There are also collectors who take all the variants, then sell off any they don't wish to keep privately.

Yeah, I'm old enough to remember it and thought of it too. Now I've got the theme music stuck in my head!
