Can anyone recommend a good quality karambit?

Emerson

I want one of those Combat Karambits with the new reinforced tips. I already have 2 of the original ones, so I can't bring myself to get a 3rd yet.

I like the regular size Emerson karambit. The super doesn't work as well for me ergonomically although if you had monster hands you might prefer it.

I like the look of the newish waved Spyderco but have yet to handle one.

The one Cold Steel just announced looks fantastic.

Rob Dalton custom.

I've held most of them. Look no further than an Emerson Combat Karambit. Well worth the little bit extra.

I have the one before they circumcised the tip. Glad I do.

I'm having Rob Dalton build another one with a more acute blade position. My beef with most folding kerambit is the lack of proper blade angle.

Fox, Emerson, Cold Steel. I like the folding Emerson kerambits (fit and finish is, imho, lacking but ergonomics are outstanding), and Fox fixed blade ones (although I'd like to see them extend the g-10 all the way to the ring). If you want something large, then there's the Cold Steel Steel Tiger.

Fox is preferable to Emerson if only for a ring size that I can get my finger into, and I don't have large hands. The 5.11 is quite good but needs to be waved (a significant amount of steel removed to do so) and it needs a Boye dent because in reverse grip you will exert sufficient force to release the lock without it.

Here's mine (CM did the wave back when that was still an option, and a friend did the Boye dent):
