Can anyone suggest a torx set for tri ad lock maintenance?

I need to clean my ultimate hunter after using it to skin an animal and the ones a got from harbor freight only work on the pivot screw. I need something that will work on the screws. The cheaper the better.

You already have a Torx T10 for the pivot.

You need a Torx T6 for the handle and pocket clip screws.

You don't want to go with the cheapest Torx wrench sets, as they will cause problems with stripping out the Torx screws.

There are plenty of threads about this in other parts of the forum.

Most hardware and big box stores will have Torx wrench sets that will cover these.

Wiha or Wera ONLY. They aren't that cheap but spending 12 hours a day loosening/ tightening Torx screws I can tell you they are worth every penny.

I like these.

Bondhus 12632 GorillaGrip, Set of 8 Star Fold-up Keys, sizes T6-T25

For cheap but decent the Husky torx tool with multiple bits can be had at lowes for < 15$. I agree with the others. Get a quality set while the price is low compared to the quality of the tools. You won't regret it.

Another vote for Wiha as being the best, but the Husky set is pretty good as well. I have both.
