Can anyone tell me what this knife is?

Leonardo DiCaprio uses this knife in The Departed but I only saw it in the movie once. Can anyone tell me what it is? Or is it a cheapo Chinese thing? It would make sense if it was a Kershaw because Matt Damon uses a Kershaw Whirlwind.
