alright, my mom gave me this knife as a christmas present a while back, pretty sure she got it in a thrift store. I wasn't too impressed at the time but after owning/using it for a while i'm really starting to fall in love. I have absolutely no idea who makes it but i'd like to know cause if they're cheap i'd like to buy some as gifts. looks a lot like a buck 110 obviously, maybe a knockoff? that being said, this knife is awesome. everythings tight and it has a quality feel to it. it says only "440" on the blade but i feel like it's 440C (i'm an optimist) cause it holds a wicked edge. I sharpened it just once right when i got it and it's still razor sharp. so, maybe it's a longshot but can anyone identify it? Thanks!

I may not be the greatest photographer . . .

very likely, but where can i purchase another? I know this forum isn't big on chinese made knives(and no one likes knockoffs) but please believe me, this knife is really good. I want another!

Probably flea markets. I've seen similar....possibly the same knife at the knife "dealers" at flea markets/shows. Good luck. :)

Agreed...The 110's run for right around 30-40 bucks. Not too bad and decent quality.

If the blade was 440c im sure the maker would want that stamped on the blade and not just 440, though people underestimate a nice HT on regular ole 440a Older kershaws used to be in that steel and it held a decent edge

Getting a real Buck 110 is less of a gamble and more of an investment. You can't go wrong.

I fully agree wiith this statment. The Buck 110 was one of my first knives as a kid. I have fond memories of that iconic knife.
