Can anyone tell me what/who makes this knife? Can't make out the signature on it.

saw knife similar too it with the exposed steel rare in damscus, layering looks like over seas stuff from indo/maylasia pins look like the wood was not stablized well so i would guess it is old or maker was not that good - but is very nice. odd spot for makers mark - i look at knives all day long.
i would guess it is newbie, who used a blank but i could 100% wrong and it is worth 100k!

pretty generic sheath too - deer stamp - again it is nice. i would buy it but then that why i got way too many stupid knives
