I just want your thoughts if this knife can be potentially marketed to the U.S. or such? Blade length is 8", handle is 5", blade width is 1 1/2", thickness is 3mm. Handle is made with Carabao horn. Steel is bearing ball (52100).

And if yes perhaps you can suggest a price? Thanks!

Could be. I like the looks, except the sawteeth and the wirebreaker. Otherwise looks quite functional and thin enough to be an excellent camp knife.

The handle looks weak at the tang.I dont care for the spine work either. What is it,who made it?

Agreed, I don't see the the functionality, as an art knife. wall hanger ya might find a markert here, hell people will buy almost anything.

Anything can be marketed bro - but the question is will it sell? You've got some valuable feedback already and I agree. The knife looks very weak at the handle/blade juncture.

Beef that tang up quite a bit and lose the ridged spine. I'd also straighten up the handle to bring it more in line with the blade. That's just my opinion. I wouldn't buy one as it sits. :)

The "sawteeth" is just for aesthetics, and that is not a wirebreaker but a bottle opener. Those can be easily removed. Thanks for the feedback!

I agree with the tang, is that what they call tapered tang? I could request for a modification to full tang if needed. Here in our place we call it "rambo", from the Rambo movie, the design was taken from that movie. It is made by the local smiths here.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll tell it to my smith. =)

No wonder it reeks of Gil Hibben, definitely a wall hanger...

That tapered tang's got to go.
