Can Boker take care of this?

I received a Subcom fixed blade a while back, and though I like it, it didn't come with that sharp of an edge. In fact, it was rather thick and dull. I've tried thinning it out myself, but haven't had much luck with it. Would Boker be able to thin out the edge a bit and sharpen it if I sent it in?

Hmmmmm, mine came the same way. However, some time with a diamond rod did the trick "enough". I never thought about sending it back to Terry. Sorry I cannot be of more assistance...

I just sent the Subcom yesterday. A month later than I had planned, but such is life. Hopefully it reaches you guys quickly.
