Can bronze phosphor washers be sourced any any hardware store?

Fumble fingers that I am, I lost one of the bronze phosphor washers from my ZT 0550 while cleaning it - it dropped on the floor and was never seen again....

I called ZT hoping they could point me in the right direction of where to find one. Good folks that they are, they're just sending me another free of charge. However, I was just wondering if this was something I could find at Home Depot or Ace Hardware?
