There are a number of online dealers, the two mentioned above are both among the best. Also the exchange section of the forum of course.
As to where NOT to buy a knife, well that's another issue. Shows (knife and/or gun) can be hit or miss, and local stores (if you have any nearby) are typically going to bend you over on prices.
