Can I bring my Kershaw Drone on a flight?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I can bring my Kershaw Drone in my checked luggage on a flight? I am flying to Alaska, but there will be a stop in Vancouver. All I need is to know if I can bring my Kershaw Drone in my checked luggage without having complications with the TSA or security. Thanks!
 
I've only had 1 knife disappear while in my checked bag. That proves to me that it does happen, but I will still be packing in my luggage. From now on though, I'll make sure to bury it at the bottom of my suitcase and probably attach it to some shoes or the frame of the suitcase itself.
 
Hide it to avoid problems! TSA just said that NO more carry on knives at all just fyi
 
I just just checked my sebenza on a cross country flight with multiple layovers (no national borders crossed though) without incident. I bought a cheap waterproof box from Walmart and put all of my little gear stuff I wanted to bring in it- knife, light, extra leaders, tippet, double stuff, forceps, coozie, and any other stuff I could need for fishing. I just put the box with the knife on top readily visible just inside my bag (so it all could be seen without the box being opened). I don't know if it made any real difference or I just got lucky but everything arrived without a hitch or even one of those TSA search pamphlets.
