Can i carry a BM gamer

well guy, i live in texas and the law states the blade cannot be over 5 and 1/2 inches.

i want to know if i can carry this one? Does this knife fall under dagger? i don't know what qualifies to be a dagger?

when i am not in school i am doing work an my grandfathers little ranch. i will not carry it to school.

i just need another knife to carry. i bought a butterfly BM42 but i can't carry it with me so this is my alternative.

It will become my carry knife.

You should be all right with this one, as near as I can tell.

Blade length is about 4 and 1/8th inches, and shouldn't be considered a dagger by definition.

By interpretation is someone else's guess... any Texans care to clarify?

That knife should be ok in Texas. I think when they say dagger they are talking about a blade that is sharp on both sides. And I do live in the Lone Star State.
