can i get a little help?

i have an old Buck 118 and recently the snap on the sheath essentially fell off. i was told its a model that is no longer made, so does anyone know where i can get a sheath for this knife? its one of my favorites that is with me every year during deer season, and doubles in the kitchen otherwise. to retire one of my favorites Buck ever made would really bum me out. thanks, woody

Can you not just get a new snap installed into the old sheath?

Sometime back, buck offered some closeout 118's and they came with a sheath for a 105. They aren't a perfect fit, but they fit well enough and Buck still sells them.

thanks guys much appreciated. as for installing a snap on the old sheath, id sooner just buy a new one. the knife has held up alot better than the sheath has

Sometimes Buck sheaths show up on Ebay. I bought an unused one for a Woodsman a month or so back for around $15.
