....bonus Hog Points for convincing the surgeon that is suppose to be cutting on me tonight to do the business with my well travelled Skeleton Key ?????

Having an unexpected visit to the hospital, looks like I will be leaving an non essential organ behind when I get to go home. Heeeeey I have previously traded Jerry a lung and liver for INFI, once this appendix ????
 
If you can get him to do the surgery with the Skeleton Key, no need to make up a story. You got knifed! It even nicked your intestines! It's only through the quick and skilled hands of the attending surgeon that you survived at all!

Doctor doing Minor surgery with a Skeleton Key = 5,000 HOG points
Doctor doing Major surgery with a Skeleton Key = 15,000 HOG points
Getting the doctor to pose for pix with the bits removed AND the Skeleton Key = 100,000 HOG Points! :D

Doing the surgery yourself with the Skeleton Key with pix = 500,000 HOG points!! :eek:

Lots of us live vicariously thru those pics of places we'll never get the chance to visit. You'll be fine!

I think you should get a Busse knife named after you if you make this happen. The logo on the blade could be your smiley face. Maybe it could be an INFI scalpel.
